An unsupervised nursery is available across from the washrooms for children ages 5 and under. Parents are expected to supervise their children while in the nursery.

Pastor Ben will be on vacation August 1 to September 2.
Pastor Sara will be serving at Hidden Acres’ Single Moms’ Camp this week. Sara will be periodically checking emails. For Pastoral Care emergencies please contact Sara via her cell.
Congregational Life
Lynne Dueck, Office Manager, will be out of the office starting August 6 with a planned return on August 25. Ashley Drudge will be in the office on Thursdays and in the afternoon on Fridays during Lynne’s absence.
Aug 7-9: Church Camping at Hidden Acres. For those camping, please arrive no earlier than 6 pm Friday night. All are invited to join for a wiener roast Saturday, August 8 at 5:30 pm and outdoor worship on Sunday followed by a potluck. Bring food to share and your own table service. Drinks will be provided.
Don’t forget to bring your Flat Jesus with you this summer and take a photo! Send your photos to the church office (office@smchurch.ca) to share with the congregation! Copies & instructions are by the mailboxes.
Harvest Table: Share your veggies & gardens or help yourself to any of the items on the Harvest Table on Sunday mornings (located across from the mailboxes). If you have any questions, please contact Ashley.ad.drudge@gmail.com
Summer Puzzle Activity: There is a jigsaw puzzle set up in the library. All are welcome to gather around the puzzle table before or after the service to unwind, unplug, and connect!
Joys and Concerns
Good News! Delphine Schwartzentruber will be coming home on Tuesday.
Helen Boshart appreciates your continued prayers with her pancreatic cancer diagnosis, as she awaits test results and several upcoming appointments.
Please continue to pray for Rob, Rachelle, and the McLean family as they await followup meetings after his surgery.

Aug 29 (Sat): Material Resources at The Hub is hosting their annual Bucket of Thanks. You can pack a relief kit that will be shipped overseas, purchase canned meat to support the cannery, and kids can enjoy a bouncy castle and other fun activities! Please see the poster on the bulletin board.
