An unsupervised nursery is available across from the washrooms for children ages 5 and under. Parents are expected to supervise their children while in the nursery.

Special Coin Offering: We are supporting GiZhawenimin, an organization that supports Indigenous youth 18+ and transitioning out of Family and Children Services’ help.

Congregational Life
Compassionate Care Committee (Sara Roth and Janessa Otto) would like to add a few more names to the list of those we can contact to provide components of funeral visitation meals for families. Please consider being a part of this much appreciated ministry. Thanks!

Please note that the birthday information for Tim and Myrna Miller Dyck were accidentally reversed in the new directory. Tim’s birthday is November 1 and Myrna’s is September 15.

Oct 5 (Sun): Pastor Sara’s Appreciative Inquiry during the Adult Sunday School hour. Details to follow.

The potluck on October 5 has been cancelled. Instead, we are asking people to bring ½ or 1 dozen cookies (according to family size) to share during coffee time and Pastor Sara’s Appreciative Inquiry. Any leftover cookies will be donated to the Sunday School program for their snack time.

Joys & Concerns
We pray for Ethel Zehr & family as they continue to grieve the death of Elmer Zehr.

David Seyler had a cardiac event on Monday evening and is hospitalized at WRHN @ Queen’s Blvd (St. Mary’s). Let us pray for David, Susan, and their family at this time.

Pray for Elverne Jantzi as he navigates treatment for cancer.

Let us pray for Sharon Leis as she continues to be hospitalized at WRHN @ Queeen’s Blvd (St. Mary’s) for testing.

Community Events
Oct 6 (Mon) 9:30 am – 3:30 pm: Fall Seniors Retreat at Hidden Acres. Theme: When Home is No Longer Safe: Welcoming Asylum Seekers and Refugees. Pre-registration is required. Cost is $55.
