Nov 6 (Wed) 10 am: Adult Bible Study in the Old Board Room, led by Wes Leis. We are continuing our journey through the New Testament. Everyone is welcome. Special Scripture Study for this year will be 2 Timothy 3:16 – 4:1-5.

Nov 29 (Fri) 5:30 pm: TGIF meets in the gym. This is a meal for young families that you don’t have to make or plan! If interested, RSVP to darryl.drudge@gmail.com by the Wednesday prior. Cost will be split, but it’s usually around $20 per family.

Exam time is here for our post-secondary students…Let them know you are thinking of them! The Care Team is putting together treat bags (decorated by children at KidsLIFE). Items will be collected November 3, 10, & 17. Suggestions: candy, granola bars, microwave popcorn, tea or hot chocolate, school supplies like post-it notes, highlighters, etc. A list of our students is in your church mailbox.

Youth Poinsettia Fundraiser through Warren Greenhouses in Kitchener. Red, white. or pink. 4.5 in, 6 in, 8 in, or 10 in. Last date to order is November 10, pick up from the church the evening of November 22. Talk to a youth or sponsor to place your order.
Nov 16 (Sat) 9 am-2 pm: Makers Market. Planning for this year’s Makers Market is underway! This year we will be joined by Ten Thousand Villages and The Raw Carrot along with 35+ local artisans. If you are interested in volunteering for this event, please contact Ashley Drudge.
Nov 23 (Sat) 5 pm: Church Christmas Dinner. Sign up sheets are by the mailboxes. Payment is by donation (no receipts). After the cost of the food is covered, the balance will be given to Wilmot Family Resource Centre. A ham dinner is provided. Everyone is asked to bring a dessert. November 17 is the last day for sign up.
Baden Summer Bible Camp is already starting to think about next year, August 11-15, 2025. To help us discern if this is a ministry that can be continued in its current form, we are seeking one additional overall Coordinator this November. Please speak with Pastor Ben, Courtney Hobbs, or anyone from Gift Discernment. Other expressions of interest in volunteering during the week itself are also welcome.

Saturday, November 9: Private family memorial service for Carl Schwartzentruber at Nithview Community. Carl was the younger brother of Verna Schwartzentruber.
Thank you to everyone at our church who was kind to Bob while he was hospitalized. Thank you also to all who have be equally kind to our family since the funeral. We belong to a very caring group of members and friends. – Shirley Gingerich & Family

Walking Through the Fire, Sultans of String a showing of a visual album. The Wilmot Ecumenical Working Group on Indigenous/Settler Relationships is hosting a free screening of this newly released film.

Musicians of the KW Symphony present Music for Horn and Harp, an introduction to these instruments featuring a selection of classical, popular, and folk songs. Refreshments to follow.
