Children’s Sunday School (Age 2-Gr. 4) will resume this fall with some at home resources, and gathering once a month on Zoom following the worship service. The first Zoom will be September 27th at 11:15 a.m. Sunday School classes for other ages are in the works, stay tuned for details.

Sept. 23 (Wed.) 7 p.m. The MCEC Truth and Reconciliation Working Group presents a year-long online story-telling series including Indigenous and Mennonite Settler voices. The first online session is. with Myeengun Henry. Register today!

Xplore is an online enrichment program through Canadian Mennonite University, designed for people 55 and older. Fall 2020 courses are offered every Wednesday and Thursday for a 6-week period beginning as early as Sept. 30th. Upcoming courses include: ‘Reading the Bible with Jesus’, ‘Journaling through grief’, a focus on the pandemic. Other courses, tuition, and registration information can be found at


Thank you to all who sponsored me for the Hidden Acres Camp Bowlathon this year despite the stop signs that we all dealt with. The total to beat was $36,000 and total raised by all the churches was $35,888. Our church raised around $1,200. Thanks again to all. Anthony Helmuth
