With the provinces reopening plan we took a cautious approach at the start using a limit of 50 people in person, even though we were allowed to have 15% of our capacity or 75 people attend our worship services. Just over 30 people have attended in person during the past two Sundays and it has gone well.  We now plan to move our limit to 75 people in person for worship starting July 4th. Livestreaming will continue.  If you have any questions, please contact the church office.

Attawapiskat Water Project “Let justice roll down like water, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.” Amos 5:24. Congratulations for your generous support to the community of Attawapiskat First Nation for assisting them to access clean, safe water into their homes from two community water depots. Together we have raised approximately $10,895.00 in online donations and designated cheques to date. This translates into 43 utility wagons. If you still wish to support this project, the online donation link will remain active until the end of June. Please visit https://donate.mcccanada.ca/registry/water-wheels to make your contribution. Chief David Nakogee extends his sincere thanks to all of you for your generous support. Meegwetch and Blessings to All! The Peace and Justice Committee of Steinmann Mennonite Church
