Congratulations! The spirit of generosity is alive and well at Steinmann’s! After only two weeks into our Attawapiskat Water on Wheels fund raising project we have already received $8845.00 in online donations and designated cheques. This translates into approximately 36 wagons that make it easier to transport jugs of safe, potable water from two community filling stations. Our goals was 20 wagons at $250. each. Praise God! Chief Nakogee and the residents of Attawapiskat extend their appreciation for your generous assistance. We will continue to welcome your financial support for this project until the end of the month. Please give directly to Mennonite Central Committee’s Giving Registry at https://bit.ly/2R9z0Ti. Or make cheques payable to Mennonite Central Committee with “Water on Wheels” on the memo line.
