August 4 (Thurs.) afternoon  Rocky Railway Baden Bible Camp is looking for people to help with setup.  If you have some spare time contact Sara at (519-498-7907).

Aug 5-7 Church Camping at Hidden Acres, 1921 Line 37, New Hamburg . Sign-up sheet for overnight camping is on the table by the mailboxes. For more information or questions, talk to Anthony Helmuth.
Friday night setup and campfire.
Saturday Day fee: $4.00/person for day use, if not camping.
Saturday 6 p.m. corn & hotdog supper, everyone welcome. Bring lawn chairs.
Sunday, 10 a.m. worship service then potluck lunch. Bring food to share, your own table service and lawn chairs. Everyone welcome.

August 8-12 (Mon.-Fri.) 9-11:45 a.m. Baden Summer Bible Camp! At Rocky Railway Summer Bible Camp, kids discover Jesus’ power can pull them through life’s ups and downs.

Sept. 14 – Nov. 23 (Wed.) 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Interfaith Counselling Centre (ICC) will be offering a support group for women who have experienced emotional or physical abuse within their intimate relationship.  For more information and/or to register contact ICC at 519-662-3092.

We welcome Pastor Louise Wideman who will be in her church office, beginning Aug. 3rd.

Pastor Sara is on vacation until August 2nd. Pastor Steve will be away until Aug. 2nd.  If you would appreciate pastoral care during this time, please contact a Care Team member (Christine Helmuth, Darlene Gingerich, Wes Leis or Lynn Yantzi). If you have a prayer request, please contact Care Team, Admin. Assistant Dawna or speak to the worship leader Sunday morning. In the case of an emergency (such as a death or life-threatening illness or accident) Care Team can contact a Pastor on your behalf.

Rocky Railway Baden Bible Camp is looking for one more driver each day for our Junior Youth Campers, who go to different hands-on service projects. If you can help drive contact Jessie Gingerich (519-988-0723).

Our Indigenous neighbours are still appreciating food at the Land Back site in Caledonia. Our next meal will be delivered Sept 2/22. Let me know in person or at gladysbender@hotmail.com if you are interested in contributing.
