July Special Offering:  Hidden Acres “Single Mom’s Camp,” a safe and caring overnight camp experience which provides a rest-filled and fun program for low-income mothers and their children ages 5-12,  July 11-15, August 1-5. https://hiddenacres.ca/donate.

3 – 7 p.m.  Sunday S’mores! Everyone is invited to Don and Marilyn Steinmann’s home, A-3045 Bleams Rd., New Hamburg, to enjoy swimming, sitting around the fire, catching up with others and visiting with Pastor Liz on her last day with us. The Care Team will make the s’mores; bring your own hot dogs to roast and snacks to share. Bring lawn chairs & tableware.

Our worship service will include a sampling from Mennonite World Conference Assembly in Indonesia – worship in song, 2 Corinthians 5:17-21, sermon by Barbara Nkala, Zimbabwe and prayer.

August 4 (Thurs.) 7 p.m. Meeting for Baden Bible Camp volunteers in the gym.

Aug 5-7 Church Camping at Hidden Acres, 1921 Line 37, New Hamburg . Sign-up sheet for overnight camping is on the table by the mailboxes. For more information or questions, talk to Anthony Helmuth.

Saturday Day fee: $4.00/person for day use if not camping.
Saturday 6 p.m. corn & hotdog supper, everyone welcome. Bring lawn chairs.
Sunday, 10 a.m. worship service then potluck lunch, bring food to share, your own table service and lawn chairs. Everyone welcome.

August 8-12 (Mon.-Fri.) 9-11:45 a.m. Baden Summer Bible Camp! At Rocky Railway Summer Bible Camp, kids discover Jesus’ power can pull them through life’s ups and downs.  Registration spots are still available. Sept. 14 – Nov. 23 (Wed.) 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Interfaith Counselling Centre (ICC) will be offering a support group for women who have experienced emotional or physical abuse within their intimate relationship.  For more information and/or to register contact ICC at 519-662-3092.
