Our April “Special Missions Project” (formerly coin offering/online offering) is Dann and Joji Pantoja, MC Canada Witness workers in the Philippines whose peacebuilding work, supported by the community social enterprise Coffee for Peace, is changing the lives of thousands of people in that country, giving them a livelihood and hope for the future. Our goal for the month is to meet or exceed last year’s giving to this project, which was $5,000 (of course, you can continue to give to this project throughout the year). Please send your donation directly to MC Canada: https://bit.ly/3dj3ivn

Given the current COVID restrictions, places of worship and funerals are limited to 10 people in person. We plan to continue with very limited hybrid worship services, making space for up to 6 people to attend in-person in addition to those leading worship/livestream. Signing up to attend is required ahead of time to ensure we remain within the 10 person limit. For more information contact the church.

Personal Notes

Helmi & John Wiebe and family would like to thank you for prayers and notes sent their way during the difficult time of losing a brother, George Klassen.    “We felt supported and cared for.”

Remember in Prayer

Three things to be thankful for in all circumstances:

  • God. God does not change. God is faithful today, next Tuesday, next year.
  • Worship. We can worship even without access to our building.
  • Hope. God is faithful. We can worship. We are not alone. We live in hope.
